Includes new private bath w/shower, central air/heat, smart TV, wireless internet, ceiling fans, k-cup/ regular coffee maker w/coffee, washer/dryer, patio with gas grill, sunroom and seasonal pool. If you have extra guests, you can add on the second bedroom with a full and twin beds.
